Rates & Fees

Camp Io-Dis-E-Ca's fees are structured on a menu type basis dependent on your needs, numbers, length of stay and meals.  Costs are also dependent upon which Camp facilities you wish to reserve.

To calculate your total, add up those fees that relate to your needs.

Meals

For a very low price, the camp staff can make your stay easier by providing you with as many meals as needed.

Breakfast $6.50

Brunch $7.50

Our facilities are also available for groups that wish to do their own cooking.  The fee is found by applying the overnight rate, with a $350 minimum if using the Alpha or Omega Lodge bunk rooms, and $450 using Alpha Lodge rooms with private baths.

* These rooms come with pillows, blankets and sheets.  They do not include towels.

Day Guests Participants in retreats involving an overnight stay but who, as individuals, are choosing not to stay at camp overnight are charged $5 for the day.

Day Trips Facilities are available for day trips (no overnight stay involved). The cost is $50 for the first 25 guests, $2 for each additional person.

  1. Deposits:
    1. Secure the date involved.
    2. Are non-refundable and are deducted from the final billing.
    3. Are based on the number of overnights involved:
    One night $100.00
    Two nights $150.00
    Three or more $250.00

  2. Minimum Group Size: Groups need to number 20 or more to reserve the Alpha or Omega Lodge but smaller groups can be accommodated either in separate areas or by sharing the lodge with another group. Special cost considerations are also given.
  3. Large Group Fees:  (70 or more) Which require more than one sleeping area averaged, with the final rate being decided at the time the retreat is booked.
  4. Family Discounts: Events consisting of families (for example, reunions & family retreats), are given the following discount:

  5. Children ages 5–12 ½ rate
    Children age 4 and under Free

  6. Program Assistance Program Assistance camp staff are available at $15 per hour per facilitator. Program assistance is required for the Challenge Course, climbing wall, canoeing, and swimming activities. Advance notice of these activities is required.
